Phil S arrived well within the window I was given when I booked the service. He was pleasant and professional and thoroughly explained what he found on checking my two units, and what he suggested should be done to help the 11 year old unit last longer. Extended my maintenance contract for 3 more years, which tells you how happy I am with George Brazil.
We have 3 properties around the Phoenix area. We have had many air conditioning and heating companies service our units over the years, but no more!! In our opinion George Brazil surpasses all of the other companies in service and professionalism. We always ask for Harlan Finzer. He is the best. Ferris T. and his crew Nicholas Huerta with John M. just completed replacing our air conditioner. They stated at 9 am and completed replace and test by 12:00 noon. Ferris T. as lead was very professional. Also, made sure to put front door mat down for cleaning his feet. Ferris also wore shoe covering like he was working in a clear room environment when he entered the house. Excellent job guys! Thanks. Top survey score

We had a new A/C and furnace installed last week. Taurin C. and Jorge R. did the installation. They were both friendly, got the job done quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up beautifully after they were finished. When they left, you couldn't tell that a big project had just taken place. I was impressed with both of them.
Ivan G, Chuck W, Roberto Q, Tourin C, Rhino F, Were the team that installed a new A/C system in our home a few days ago. The work was done with excellence, but the cleanup after they finished their work was remarkable. It was as if they were never here. Rose was exceptional. She explained everything to me in real non-technical terminology. She was very thorough and left my home and the installed motor in beautiful condition.
Bryan W was here to do our annual furnace and A/C service even though it was a little cool for him to get the best read on our A/C unit. He was friendly and efficient in completing the job. Look forward to have him back the next time.
