We've had excellent service from Harlan at George Brazil. We have noticed a rotten egg smell, and Harlan checked the unit in the attic and all looked fine. He then explained that the sulfur gas might not be escaping from the vent. He showed us how to clean our drains with white vinegar and baking soda. Very helpful. We get a check-up twice a year and find the servicemen very professional.

Anthony V and Rodrigo A worked long and diligently. Anthony did the inside work and Rodrigo the outside. They worked efficiently as a team in and out. They were polite and very competent. I am very satisfied with their workmanship and would recommend them highly.

Our system was having hard time keeping the house cool. Harlan was the technician that visited. After a quick indoor inspection, he went up on the roof and evaluated the unit. He then gave me repair or replace options. I chose to purchase a new one. He called in, and an install was available the next day. My air conditioner died late on a Saturday night. I called George Brazil's emergency number first thing the next morning and within a few hours Phil arrived to get my 21 year old unit running long enough to get it replaced. The next morning (Monday) Greg and Chuck arrived with my new unit. They had it installed and running before we hit the hottest part of the day (115 degrees). I was impressed with the expediency, courtesy and professionalism of all involved.
