RecommendedYour service tech, Rose M. was EXCELLENT!! All the maintenance that we need to do in the spring was explained in detail and I was given a written copy too. Rose also explained how this system works because I thought there was a problem. One night the heat was on buy for some reason it suddenly started blowing cold air. Rose explained to me that was because the system needed to defrost due to our weather being so cold. And that the coils probably froze up. This system kicked on the AC to defrost the coils. I interviewed 3 companies to install a new Trane 5 ton Heat pump and chose them based on price and reputation. I was very pleased in how the whole process was handled from the estimator to installers. I had a room addition and they came back to tie that in to the rest of the systems as agreed. They worked smoothly with my GC to schedule duct work and hardware

Roy H. was prompt, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to explain the issue with my furnace. He provided information and a video in order for me to see the problem which occurred up in the attic. A part was ordered and was immediately received and installed the next morning! We had a fabulous experience with George Brazil. Mykal, Jorge V. and Camilo were all terrific to work with. And, we received all this great service at a fantastic price. I have had a good experience with George Brazil AC and Heating since I first bought my Yorx AC/Heating unit. Today I met Mike B. He helped me repair our AC/Heating unit. There was a coil guard foam stucked in between the fan blades. This is the reason I give him a 5 stars. He was willing to spend the time and explain to me how the unit works.
