RecommendedPhol Senger came in for a simple check up and in minutes he found out problems with me two units and was very confident, informative,cleaned up after he finished and gave me a Great deal.
Roy came out today to do a check up on my Heating Units. It just so happened that my downstairs heat would not turn on. He checked the downstairs and it turned out that my thermostat was bad. He also checked my upstairs unit as well. I crawled up in the attic and he showed me how my system worked. Jason was knowledgeable, neat, courteous, and quick. Long job, but he didn't get flustered.
After having a few different men out to figure out why we had cold air coming out for so long after the unit went into it's defrost mode, Jacob discovered that our heat strips had not been connected. He did this and kept checking the unit to make sure it was working correctly. He also increased our blower and that has all made the difference to our comfort. Your service tech, Rose M. was EXCELLENT!! All the maintenance that we need to do in the spring was explained in detail and I was given a written copy too. Rose also explained how this system works because I thought there was a problem. One night the heat was on buy for some reason it suddenly started blowing cold air. Rose explained to me that was because the system needed to defrost due to our weather being so cold. And that the coils probably froze up. This system kicked on the AC to defrost the coils. I interviewed 3 companies to install a new Trane 5 ton Heat pump and chose them based on price and reputation. I was very pleased in how the whole process was handled from the estimator to installers. I had a room addition and they came back to tie that in to the rest of the systems as agreed. They worked smoothly with my GC to schedule duct work and hardware
George Brazil is an excellent service company. They address any issue in a timely manner and do very good work. Mike F. was ahead of the scheduled time and was very friendly and wanted a full explanation of the problem. He was very professional and addressed my concerns.
