We had a fabulous experience with George Brazil. Mykal, Jorge V. and Camilo were all terrific to work with. And, we received all this great service at a fantastic price. I have had a good experience with George Brazil AC and Heating since I first bought my Yorx AC/Heating unit. Today I met Mike B. He helped me repair our AC/Heating unit. There was a coil guard foam stucked in between the fan blades. This is the reason I give him a 5 stars. He was willing to spend the time and explain to me how the unit works. Service was provided the first day and although I understood what the person was telling me, he didn't understand what I was telling him and subsequently I had to call for service the second day. Terry came out on the second day and I couldn't have asked for better service. He explained how the heat pump should work and I explained what was working. Calvin and Jesus performed a duct test and duct sealing on our Gilbert home. They were very professional and took extra care to cover the furniture and other household items. They performed the test and took the time to explain what they were doing. When the work was completed they clearly explained what the results were and described the general condition of the duct work. These guys, as well as the entire company are top notch. I would recommend them to anyone needing quality a/c or heating work.
