Hank W is the best serviceman I have had - for any kind of job. He always smiles and projects a professional attitude. He came out for out fall A/C check-up and I happened to mention that we had a problem draining our water tank. He said he'd take a look at it. Next thing I knew, he had a hose hooked up and the tank was draining. He could have just said sorry, I only do A/C work, but he went above and beyond to make sure my water tank was working properly before he left. Roy H. has been servicing our HVAC for several years now. My husband's background is HVAC so he knows the equipment. Roy is probably the most courteous and conscientious technician that we have ever used. Technically oriented but personal and friendly - knowledgeable with care taken with the surroundings. .

Terry Flowers was our Service Technician. He was prompt, courteous, and extremely professional. Very thorough and gave us all of our options, honestly and fairly. Terry worked with us to select a new air conditioner and a finance plan that worked for us. He went above and beyond in working with my husband and I to ensure we got a fair price, exceptional service and quick install. I have used George Brazil for many years now and their service has always been great. Ferris T. and Jose G. recently worked together at my home to replace an air conditioning unit. They had to work both outside and in the attic to replace my unit. Both were extremely nice, professional, and respectful of my home. Jose and Ferris were friendly and I enjoyed speaking with them and sharing their company. They endured all of my questions and never lost patience. It was a very pleasant experience.

Hank has serviced my air & heating systems since I moved here over 5 years ago. I cannot not say enough about how professional and courteous this young man is. He is a real credit to your company. He has actually left and come back to my home the same day when I called and was concerned that the attic light was left on. It was not, but he smiled all the time, as he carried the ladder into my home for the second time on the same day just to reassure me.
