RecommendedLouie showed up when expected. He had called me about 45 minutes prior, letting me know he was on his way. Louie was courteous, got right to work on both my A/C and heating units. It only took him approximately 30 minutes to complete the job. He also gave me information re: a 10-year warranty on both units, if I was interested. I have used George Brazil since moving to Arizona in 2010. Service reps have always been excellent!
MJ was very informative with what I need to do. Plus very friendly,helpful and quite knowledgeable
Came out for a service, explained our options to either repair or replace. Gave an estimate for both and set up appointment to do new install for the next day. Installers made contact before coming out, showed up on time. Both Pros were courteous and professional, explaining what they were doing as the process unfolded. Very conscientious to clean up and go thru new thermostat and it's operation. Made sure there were no questions left unanswered. Will recommend and use for all my cooling & heating needs going forward
Mike and Charrols arrived on time and went right to work. They had about four hours of hard work ahead of them to remove/replace the heat exchanger and did a great job of keeping the house clean as they came and went from the attic. They completely answered our questions and advised they had also noted our insulation had settled below recommended limits and that we should consider adding more to keep our electric bills down. Rafael G and Kyle B arrived on a timely basis earlier today, they explained the work they were to perform and went about completing their work in an organized and tidy fashion. Placing protective covers over our furniture and personal clothing, computer and printer equipment. They took time out to point out the deficiency in operation of our HVAC equipment and when they completed their work cleaned up their work areas, removing tools, equipment and related material. I have been very pleased with all the service from George Brazil. Lance D. is the service technician that made arrangements for the purchase and install of the new heat pump. Lance is always professional and courteous. Oscar C. and Ivan A. called ahead of their arrival time to let me know they were on their way. Mike F. did a great job getting our AC, heat pump running correctly, took the time to check everything and make sure it was together the way it is suppose to be. With the hot summers we have here we would be in trouble if it were not working the way it should. Mike had Chris H come to help make sure the unite was correct.
