I am so pleased with George Brazil’s service this time and in the past. Chuck and Shawn were straightforward, pleasant, helpful and got the repair done. They called to let me know they were on their way and came within the time they said they would . They were very knowledgeable and helped me understand my service-what was needed, what was done, and what I need to do for air filters and maintenance for my unit. Our AC unit was not working. Inside temp reached a very uncomfortable 91°. Chuck was very thorough, checking everything! He found a few small issues that would have lead to bigger issues and fixed them all! We really appreciate it! We are back to a comfortable 78° 😁

Chuck Wilson came over on Saturday 8/16/19 for the first annual PM inspection on our new air conditioning unit. He was very professional while still being personable and friendly. He took his time and very precautions to keep our house clean and free of damage as he inspected the unit up in the attic. He was very informative, and explained how to prolong the life of the unit. The company was courteous and the service pro knew my home set up, my area, access, and in less than 10 mins knew my problem and solution. It was only a part thank goodness, but it was straight forward and fixed within half hour. Definitely call George Brazil!
