Kurt is a very polite and extremely knowledgeable young man. We had what seemed to be a problem detected from another technician. This would have cost us a lot of money to have this fixed. Jorge & Francisco installed a new a/c and heating unit at our house yesterday. Lance had been to our house the previous week doing our semi annual inspection. Our existing unit was the original unit installed when the house was built (17 years ago) and had only minor work done on it to keep it running.
