Jorge & Francisco installed a new a/c and heating unit at our house yesterday. Lance had been to our house the previous week doing our semi annual inspection. Our existing unit was the original unit installed when the house was built (17 years ago) and had only minor work done on it to keep it running. We knew it was on borrowed time and Lance was able to get us an excellent price for a comparable new unit. The installation was scheduled for Monday and Jorge & Francisco were at our house at 8:00. I gave George Brazil a call after my old A/C / Heater start making a banging sound and shacking. Brian P the repairman was at my house right when they said he would be. After checking it out and showing me the problem, because it was 17yrs old I just replaced it. Brian was very helpful in showing me all my options with no pressure to buy from them. Mechelle J. arrived at the appointment time and was ready to get to work. She did the scheduled annual checkup on the A C unit. She was very thorough in her assessment of some impending issues that my unit could experience. I appreciate her explanation of the problems that might arise. She knows and does her job very well !! Josias, Ivan and Andrew were at our house for a full day installing a 3-ton & 4-ton York A/C units. They were very professional with Ivan verifying the equipment being installed and what work they would be doing. After both the testing of the heating units and a/c units, Josias explained the settings on the two thermostats installed. Andrew did a thorough job of cleaning up the house which included vacuuming out air ducts in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Fantastic experience all the way around, from the original service call by Eric to the estimate visit by Peter to the new-unit install by Jorge and his team. Not only did they install the unit quickly and professionally, they went the extra mile to put some extra sealing around some nearby vents. You've got a great crew, and we'll recommend George Brazil any time we get the chance!

I was very impressed with Oner m. He was very considerate and friendly and also got along with my dog very well. Misty,(my chinese pug) sure does bark alot but it didn't seem to bother him at all. Working with David H on the quote process and needs assessment to get my new AC/Heat installed was a breeze. Installation went great and I am extremely happy with my new equipment.
