We received a call that a technician would be at our home in 10 minutes. In 10 minutes there was a knock at the door, there stood a beautiful woman on a red carpet with dust covers on her feet. It was so nice to see a woman. She introduced herself as Rose and we were very impressed with here professionalism and her neat appearance.I explained that we needed help with programming our thermostat, she explained to us and asking what temperatures and time of day would provide a comfortable setting for us. mike fetters came in and was polite and fixed the problem that a different tech said was wrong and when the parts came in Mike fetters brought them out and mad the repairs. The York units are only 5 years old and we have had a lot if problems with the units the warranty was up in Dec but because we had so much problems they fixed it for free and we really appreciated that
Steve D called to see if they could come a bit early since the job they were on was rained out. He and Jorge R showed up exactly when they said they would. Their appearance was professional and they both introduced themselves politely. I had a problem with my front door and Steve managed to get it unlocked for me so they could get their equipment in the house. They went right to work to clean all my vents and unit in the attic. I am so thrilled that I went with George Brazil when I needed new cental air/heat pump two years ago. I just finished up with a very knowledgable young man named Mike B. He worked over two hours getting my heat working again. Not only did he do a custom job to cut down on vibration and repair a crack in the copper piping , it he throughly explained it so I could understand. Thank you Mike B. and the wonderful George Brazil company. What they say in their TV ads really is true. I'd recommend them to anyone.
Amelio H and Roberto Q arrived when expected. Their apperance was professional and presentable. They were polite and considerate. They took extra measures to place drop clothes where ever they were working to protect our home from installation dirt and debris.
