We started with Todd Coleman who explained everything to us to help us decide what was best regarding our aging heating and cooling system. He did a great job getting us set up the very next day to have the new system installed. We received a call that a technician would be at our home in 10 minutes. In 10 minutes there was a knock at the door, there stood a beautiful woman on a red carpet with dust covers on her feet. It was so nice to see a woman. She introduced herself as Rose and we were very impressed with here professionalism and her neat appearance.I explained that we needed help with programming our thermostat, she explained to us and asking what temperatures and time of day would provide a comfortable setting for us. mike fetters came in and was polite and fixed the problem that a different tech said was wrong and when the parts came in Mike fetters brought them out and mad the repairs. The York units are only 5 years old and we have had a lot if problems with the units the warranty was up in Dec but because we had so much problems they fixed it for free and we really appreciated that
