We were very pleased with the service that George Brazil provided. All of the technicians were prompt, courteous and polite. CJ explained our options, and we feel that the price quoted to replace our heat pump was reasonable. Outstanding Service right from the beginning. I called last week to set up an appointment to have my yearly tune up done on the A/C. Joy scheduled my appointment for Monday. When Louie L (The service technician) showed up he rolled out the red carpet introduced himself and went right to work. Louie L completed his work in a timely manner and was extremely neat, clean, with outstanding customer service skills.
