RecommendedOutstanding Service right from the beginning. I called last week to set up an appointment to have my yearly tune up done on the A/C. Joy scheduled my appointment for Monday. When Louie L (The service technician) showed up he rolled out the red carpet introduced himself and went right to work. Louie L completed his work in a timely manner and was extremely neat, clean, with outstanding customer service skills. Kurt R. and Mike F. arrived at my home on time after calling to inform me of there arrival. They introduced themselves and took a look at the work to be done. Duct Sealing, they stated what was going to take place, they used drop cloths by each duct opening, then proceeded to place tap over the duct before Duct Blasting to see what the air loss was then . scored each duct as they were painted so as not to pull any of the paint off the wall. Michelle arrived at the time planned. She was very pleasant and very easy to talk to.She checked over our heat and air units. She explained what the problem in thr air unit was and what should be done to correct the problem. We will make a decision at a later to have the job done. S he was very knowledgeable about her work and had a great repoire with the customer. I would reccommend this company to anyone needing work done.
