Incredibly unpleasant and frustrating experience with trying to close my refinance loan using power of attorney while I was deployed at sea.

What made the loan process great was I knew what to expect every step of the way. Plus if there was an issue it was addressed immediately.
I like the fact that they explained everything clearly and professionally. They were friendly and more than willing to explain anything I asked. The process is long so their explanations made it a lot less stressful, hope they are all recognized for their great job.
