Service Excellent service. Arrived without an appointment; car was accepted for service almost immediately. Fast friendly service, Justin was great to work with.

Good oil change, rushed vehicle check/exit. I felt the job was done very well, however on the end of my "the works" package, I felt the tire tread check was rushed and unaccurate. Tires were rated good and marked green; however when my tires now moved from the rear to front have 3/16 tread (current front tires), and my tires now moved from the front to rear have 4/16 or 5/16 tread (current rear tires). No tire recommendation was issued or requested.

2009 MKX service Fast service and being able to get a loaner vehicle is a real plus...The car wash certificate is execellent also...Keep up the good work
