Rob, I am sorry for your bad experience. Your original inquiry was on the 2010 Explorer which was out of your budget so the 08 came into play, which was a new trade in, not here for months. The 2010 had been here for a bit. We spoke about 7 times on that Saturday after you left to try and help keep you from pine belt. I answered all your calls and responded back to you as well. Cost is a cost and the offer wasn't enough. Sorry it didn't work out.
