I have to be honest in that the drop off was a little confusing as your entrance is not easy to find and attendants were not readily available to assist me. None of the above I ask a question about needing a repair to the car outside of the dealership. No answer was given.

Grand Marq should be reinstated! The Mercury Grand Marq is a great car and I'm disappointed that Ford discontinued it!...the a/c issue that I had is the same issue that 4 other Grand Marq owners that I know also experienced...perhaps you should check with dealer across the country as it is possible that this could a one of a few flaws that this model experienced...?
customer 2004LS Service was good. Vito was helpful. Prices for labor for changing filters is way to high. Wrong reading on odometer was posted on windshield.
Very poor customer service My husband and I went car shopping on a cold winter weekday. We were the only customers in the dealership. We were looking to buy our 4th Explorer for cash without a trade-in. The receptionist greeted us, but we were never offered a seat or anything else. Rob, I am sorry for your bad experience. Your original inquiry was on the 2010 Explorer which was out of your budget so the 08 came into play, which was a new trade in, not here for months. The 2010 had been here for a bit. We spoke about 7 times on that Saturday after you left to try and help keep you from pine belt. I answered all your calls and responded back to you as well. Cost is a cost and the offer wasn't enough. Sorry it didn't work out.
