Biggest ripoff I've encountered in 30 years Unbelievable price gouging. We needed a $20 valve and the labor on it was 10x the cost. On another part the labor was double the cost. Complete ripoff on what should have been a covered defect. Will never go back under any circumstances.

2002 T-Bird, Tech could not find anything wrong. Service Department Tech could not find problem of engine starting after turned off and loss of power up hills. Could not create same problem to find problem.

Not happy I decided to go here to buy a Lincoln MKZ. I got there at around 12 noon to buy the car that I had talked about and put a payment on a couple days before, they said they would have it cleaned up and ready for a test drive when I go there and I called the day of to let them know the exact time I’d be showing up. Immediate Service Wanted to bring in my car on a Friday afternoon for service. I was told, no problem as long it was before 3:30. I said I would try to get there by then. Arrived after 3:30. Told them if they couldn't service my car then, maybe I could come back tomorrow. They took me with no problem. Waiting in the waiting area was relaxing and less than 30 minutes.
