Find a different Ford dealer to buy from Buyer Beware! Stay clear of these people. Worst buying experience i ever had at a dealership. Sloppy, disorganized and rude. Not willing to negotiate. Attitude is horrible. Complaint has filed with Ford directly regarding how they conduct themselves. Do yourself a huge favor and find another ford dealer somewhere else.
They ran my credit without my permission This company are scheme artist please note Paul ran my credit without my permission then tried to have Juan another sales person cover it up but I knew better then they finally admitted it and claimed they didn’t need my permission I reported them to BBB
Ford F150 Did not purchase there but treated me like I did. They were able to get me in right away wit a quick turnaround. Fixed all problems.
Airbag recall Was able to set up an appointment right after the holiday weekend, and when I spoke to receptionist she said the repair would take 1-2 hours. It was just under 2 hours, the drop off and pick up of my vehicle went smoother than I’ve ever experienced at any other dealer.
Worst dealership ever I drove my car there and it sounded just fine. Then I received a call and it all of a sudden wasn’t drive-able and I needed a “new engine”. So whatever the issue was it was made worse once the car arrived at the dealership and they supposedly tried to fix it but made it worse according to the service guy. The crazy thing is I bought my car here. I am not someone new to them . They didn’t even offer some sort of remedy or options. I am very disappointed . I will never do business here again
Terrible Service. Buyers Beware Absolutely disgusting service. I purchased a 2019 F150 from these people. I logged in about 10 hrs in their showroom. The sales associate Joe would disappear in the sales managers office to discuss price and availability for 20-30 minutes to a time. I spent 3/4 of my time there sitting and waiting. The service department is a joke My car was towed there for recall work with no brakes they had the truck more than a week told me I needed a new engine ($11,000) finally did the recall work and returned it to me with no brakes I had it towed off their lot back to Toms River to a local shop and in 2 hours it was repaired for $400.00... to top it off after I gave them a 0stars review they e mailed me they're following Ford's recommendations

Not my favorite Ford dealership Had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Arrived at my scheduled time but there was no parking. Steve who was handling my intake ( I'm already in computer and had scheduled it 3 days prior) said to give him one minute. He took the person behind me ahead of me and took a phone call that required him to look up the information before he helped me -the person standing right in front of him!
