Yankees19 Our sales rep. James Fallon was quite the gentleman during the whole sales process. After the sale, I received a call to pay a bill of 60.00 dollars. I was taken aback. Once I spoke to James, he handled the situation. The sales supervisor was pleasantly aggressive initially. He told us our car had equity but later it did not. He also stated the price of our monthly payment and said that would not change. Replace blown transmission My car was brought in for a transmission replacement covered by an aftermarket warranty company... My car was there for three weeks never once did I Rt a call from Justin advising me on the status of my repair.. I had to initiate all contact... I was told on two different occasion that my car would be ready, and obviously it wasn’t ready on the days I was told.. Service appointment Repairs were done well, and the Lincoln technician was friendly and knowledgeable, but my contact with the service dept. was not good. I was left on hold for over 12 minutes and when I hung up and called back , I was put into voicemail. I left a message that was not returned by the time I called them a third time the following day.

Terrible service department & truck sales Terrible service department. Constantly bringing truck back to dealer after their service department works on our trucks. Very unprofessional people unskilled mechanics in my view

Missed on the details I love my car - but that is a reflection of Lincoln, not the dealership. George Wall really missed the mark of the details. The buying process took hours. The car was supposed to have been cleaned during this time but I found garbage under the seat when I got home. Also discovered that the floor mats were dirty, stained and mismatched. Complained in a feedback survey weeks ago and have not had a response.

Repair service is always above satisfactory Steve and other service writers are very professional. My issue is not getting a returned phone call after leaving two messages - one the evening before and the following afternoon when I called on lunch break. I placed the third call later on and spoke to the scheduler. No apologies when I stated that I have been trying to make an appointment for servicing my car, and left messages. My eperience at George Wall Ford When I got home, my report indicated problems with my windshield; I called an hour later and I was told they would call me later, I called three hours later and I was told they would call me before the end of the day. This happened on Friday; on Tuesday I went there personally, I looked for Augie, who I believe is the manager and he could not see the crack. He called the mechanic and the mechanic said he saw dirt and wrote it down as a possible crack. The windshield was not very dirty at all ... read more

No nonsense car buyer Terrible, great dealing with salesman, terrible dealing with sales manager.after getting insulted with such a large payment got up and walked out. They wanted me to pay more than the car was worth. What about the $4000 ford discount and over $1500 I customer cash. went to Toms ford got car for $36 less a month.over 60 months that’s alot of money I saved
