One of the worst car buying experiences yet Helped my daughter buy a Ford Focus here 5 years ago (her 1st car) and it was a pleasurable experience. How times have changed. Went there today to replace her car that was totaled last week fully prepared to make a purchase. It was one of the worst car buying experiences ever (I've been purchasing new cars for 40 years)! Walked in with an xplan PIN number (prearranged pricing) and a list of all rebates we were entitled to. You would think that would make the purchase idiot proof. ... read more

Quality repair. The roadside assistance that comes with a car purchase leaves MUCH TO BE DESIRED. My car lost power. I was stranded for TWO HOURS on the side of the road, and the tow service didn't show up. I then called the Oceanport police for assistance because I started feeling the effects of the heat! They followed me home. My car had re-started but the service symbols were still on my dash. Once home, I received a call from the towing company that they were on site for 15 minutes. Service The parts changer did what he was told. He replaces to tries and supposedly perform. The 53k miles maintenance checks

Review I unfortunately didn't have a great customer experience. Mike (the Greek) and Pauly (Service Manager) were wonderful. It's my experience with Matt Small that my experience went sour - very sour. His approach was not customer friendly at all - his tone, words and actions were ridiculous. He basically threw my keys at me and asked me to leave which I did. Obviously this behavior is tolerated since no other sales rep looked up or flinched at his actions. Oil change I went for an oil change and that was fine....why did someone have to change all of my preset radio stations? It was most annoying and had to spend time resetting the stations that I had. Please tell your technicians not to touch customers radio. Thanks, Carolyn

Service I was supposed to pick up my loner car at 7:45am and I was there at 7:30. When they opened at 7:45 they informed me that they didn't have a loner car and could I please call them later to see if a car was returned from the previous night. Obviously that was a real pain in the neck to have to call back and go back and pick up a car, but they did have one at 10am and I picked it up and it worked out in the end. Excellent Purchase Experience Purchase experience was excellent. Made first service appointment using your website for oil change and also filled out the additional service request form to check manual transmission shifting which seems a little noisey when shifting. When arrived for service, was told they can only do the oil change and I would have to make another appointment to have trans looked at. I was a bit disappointed with that response, the service rep had no idea I requested the additional service online. Then he ch... read more

Minor complaint I brought in my wife's 2013 explorer for service and I only have one real complaint. We picked it up at night and in the morning my wife noticed grease on the seat and the drivers side arm rest and handle. I was also disappointed that if I wanted to take advantage of the loaner car I would have to have waited 2 weeks to get this repair done. Fortunately it wasn't something that put the vehicle out of service and I happen to have a vehicle available this past week.
