I was in need of a new car, and Alan and the folks at Germain made the experience very easy. Everything was explained thoroughly and without hesitation, from financing to features and questions about the car. This was, by far, the smoothest experience I have ever had in purchasing a new car. It was a pleasant leasing experience. I got the vehicle I liked with no undo hassle and friendly salespeople. I got the vehicle same day and was presented up front and informative about all financing options. I would definitely recommend this dealership and shop there again.
Michael was very helpful and friendly with me from the time we greeted each other until I walked out of the door with the keys in my hand. The sales staff at Germain Nissan Were wonderful! We worked with Michael Banton and he was great, he did not pressure us into anything, took time to answer all questions that we had, and made our visit to Germain Nissan very pleasant. I had such a wonderful experience dealing with this Germain Nissan of Columbus. Stephanie was very friendly and helpful with any of my needs. I felt very comfortable and am more than pleased with my purchase. I really enjoyed how they made everything feel like a family at this location with the tour. Overall, it was a great experience.
I have been to Germain before and one of the reason I went back. We dealt with a very knowledgeable sales person and finance person. The process was fair and friendly. We did not feel pressured like other dealerships sometimes make you feel. If I know of anyone looking for a dealership I would recommend Germain.
This is the 4th vehicle I have purchased from a Germain dealer and this is by far the best experience i've had. Michael and the team at the dealership went above and beyond what I expected from the dealership.
