I bought a new 2011 Nissan Altima at Germain Nissan and had a very good experience. Mike Banton, sales person, was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We returned to Germain for a new car purchase six years after our last new car. Our salesman, Michael Banton was great in 2005 so it was clear to us we would return to him and Germain when we were again in the market. We were not disappointed. We love our beautiful Altima and we got what we thought was a great price. Zero percent interest didn't hurt. Upon going to Germain Nissan I was dealing with a car dealership where I live. I was very dissatisfied with the service I received. I called Germain Nissan to get information on the Nissan Juke that was listed on the website that was on the lot. Mike Benton took my call and was very helpful. I had a great experience with Robert and Karl. This is the second car I have leased from Robert and it has been a great relationship so far. The pricing and time from when I walked in the door as good or better than I could have expected and I didn't feel pressured or hastled. I recommend this dealer.
We were looking for an Infiniti. Germain Nissan had one on the lot and Michael Banton helped us to purchase it. He had a friendly smile and was very down to earth.
