I don't buy a car very often so I had done my research ahead of time through Consumer Report. Michael spent over an hour pointing out all the safety issues in the Altima and all the accessories. When I came back three weeks later to buy a car he was extremely helpful and got us the best deal, at least we feel that we got a great deal.
John Rix called earlier this week to let me know he had a great opportunity for me to move from my 2009 Maxima to a 2011 Maxima with with little or no change in my lease payment. As my lease had another 14 months to run I was interested, but unsure how this could possibly be a win/win situation. I gave this dealership a "great" in all categories except price and probably should have given price a "great" too because they did allow me more on my trade in than originally agreed. Mike Banton, the sales consultant, met my requirements right off the bat. My requirements were: friendly but not over bearing, knowledgeable but not tedious, and reasonable. I was very pleased dealing with Mike Banton and Nick in the finance dept. They worked very hard to help me get the best deal on my Altima. Mike was very friendly and professional during the entire process. I would recommend this dealer and Mike Banton to anyone looking for a Nissan.
This dealership is one of the best if not the best car dealership that I have ever dealt with. Michael Banton is a very friendly, charming, and honest salesperson. No high pressure sales here. I delt with German before when purchasing my 2007 Toyota yaris and was very satisfied, so my fiance and I decided to try again as we were looking for a new vehicle for him. Again I was not disappointed, after great service and satisfaction we left with a Nissan altima. Any chance for a new vehicle again, German is the first we'll be dealing with.
