Not pushy - just informative & answered all my questions in a friendly atmosphere. LaDonshay did what he said he would do & in a timely manner too. He even came in on his day off to help me find my vehicle.
I rated this dealer and, more importantly, Michael Banton a five because of his friendliness and the willingness to work with my budget. I got the exact car and options I was seeking for about $20.00 over my budget. Overall it was a great experience. If you intend to shop here I highly recommend working with Michael Banton (the bald-headed Jamaican guy).

I was looking for an 09 Nissan Rogue. I was told to come to Germain Nissan and see Michael Banton. Michael and the entire Germain staff was friendly, easy to talk with, and made my visit enjoyable. They had the Nissan Rogue I was interested in and made the purchasing of the vehicle painless!

I just got a 2012 Nissan altima. I love this car. Mike Banton was my sales associate. If anyone is looking at buying a nissan, go to Germain Nissan of New Albany and ask for mike banton.
