Chris Gurley is absolutely the best service advisor with whom we have ever worked. He has something that can't be taught: HE CARES! We are also always impressed with the thoroughness of the inspections and service. We've had our KIA Soul for nearly 4 years and we've never had to bring the car back for a defect of any kind. Chris was very helpful, knowledgeable and explained everything that they did and checked on my car. Only took it in for recall. To be honest, the dealer that I brought our car from left a sour taste in my mouth but Chris restored by faith in Kia dealerships.

Searching and searching for a vehicle stinks, I drove to many lots went on many websites, but gerrywood kia was just so inviting. Jimmy greeted me and help me find a great car. The sales manager Josh was just as involved start to finish to make sure the process would be smooth. Everyone was awesome and candi did a great job on the phone as well.
