Was just searching for a great car, when i called gerrywood kia i was hesitant because it was so far away. Candi was great and explained how fun and simple it was to purchase a vehicle from them. She got the manager Josh involved he spoke to me on the phone and made sure i wouldnt be wasting my time. They offered me a gas card just to come in with no obligation to buy. Love my new optima. Best experience ive EVER had buying a car.
I dont like shopping for vehicles because you get a bad vibe from dealers. BUT gerrywood kia made everything.....simple, fun ans everyone was friendly. This isnt your ordinary dealer, more new school, had music playing, everyone was up beat and happy and best of all, no one had to lie to me to sell me a vehicle. I bought a very sweet looking optima and the whole team management was awesome.

Very rare i leave a review unless im wowed. When i walked in it just felt like a great place ti buy a car, had music playing outside, everyone was happy and friendly and josh amd others were very polite. As the manager Josh saw me right away amd got me with jimmy and the rest was history. Josh told me the process was simple and that he would take care of the numbers. Jimmy and josh were honest, up front and the whole staff was friendly.
Im just astonished, josh kalowick helped me get me into a vehicle through my bad credit and tough times he made it happen. Him and brandon were exceptional. If you need to get approved...TALK TO JOSH.
I didn’t purchase a car but I am so happy to write this review. I was very pleased with the great customer service that was offered and how the manager and salesman made sure my family and best friend excited in purchasing a car. That made me feel so happy great company to work with in purchasing a car.
Well after searching for a van and not finding price that made us happy me and my husband met a expert in Kia Brandon took great care of us and got a fair deal and went above and beyond to assist our purchase
