"Shayla Harwood is the very definition of a hard working..." Shayla Harwood is the very definition of a hard working salesperson. I thought I was stuck in a car with no A/C, over 200,000 miles, and she worked for hours on a deal to get me in the perfect car for me:2018 Kia Sportage LX! She stayed hours after to make sure my needs were met, kind when I told her a laundry list of stipulations for the deal to fly, and brought my payment where it needed to be for my budget. 10/10!! (I would give her 11/11 if that were the scale)

"We were assigned a very good Saleslady." The Saleslady was very knowledgeable of the vehicle we were interested in purchasing. She was not pushy and cared about our interest and concerns. Shayla worked with other staff/management to see that our expectations. were met.

"Express Service" 6 month oil change and NC Inspection in and out within an hour. Kylie Wilson kept me advised twice and a a sales professional offered to get me a cup of coffee.

"Great Salesman" Our salesman Jimmy Yelland definitely made this sale for the dealership. We had an issue with how the pricing of the car was advertised. Make sure you confirm pricing before you visit the dealership.

Sales guys were good. Misspoke on one issue but not a big deal. However the financial guy was a real jerk. Total attitude. Would never work with him again even if it meant not using this dealer.

Jimmy Yelland and the gang did a good job. I had originally inquired about the vehicle through the dealer next door, but that experience was not great. I asked a buddy for a referral for someone who would take tare of me and Jimmy came highly recommended. The GM was very apologetic for the experience I had next door, and was all about customer service. If you are looking for a KIA, or a used car on a Gerry Wood lot then do yourself a favor and call and ask for Jimmy Yelland.

My wife and I are in the market for an 8 passenger van and went to Gerry Wood to conduct business. I have a high level of respect for the car sales trade because I done it for a little over a year and enjoyed it WITH KIA. I came from a high volume dealer and sold a lot of cars for them. DISRESPECTFUL & INCOMPETENT organization. Emailed this dealer and 25 others when looking for a new car. Their price wasn't the lowest, and I told them that's that and moved on and purchased elsewhere. Easy enough. After that initial email, I was ILLEGALLY signed up for their SPAM MAILING LIST and began receiving messages from them. The first one I clicked "unsubscribe" and it claimed to have me removed.
