Working with Nick was wonderful. He was professional at all times. He was prompt in getting back to us regarding questions we had and he answered our questions throughly and in a way we could understand. He was always upbeat and gave us feedback about the process. It was nice to use the app available through Gershman because it gave us the ability to connect with him via phone or email and have access to all the documents we had signed and sent to the lender during our process.
