Best lender in the area bar none! Works hard to get the job done on time and communicates throughout the entire process. He helped me understand the entire process from start to finish and was able to get the loan completed in plenty of time for the closing of the house. Eric assisted my wife and I with our home purchase. The process was simple and we closed on time. But, Eric's service didn't end there. About a year later Eric called to check on us and had noted that interest rates had dropped since our purchase. We were able to refinance and save a couple hundred per month as well as roll in some money for much needed improvements. Ryan was great to work with. Easy to reach, super nice about answering all my questions and responsive - I don't know that I ever waited more than 10 min to hear back. As a first time buyer, I had a great experience! Would definitely recommend.

Eric did a great job explaining the process and keeping me updated on the process of my home loan. I purchased a new construction home and he was on top of working with my builder to make sure we closed on time.
