We refinanced our mortgage, David and his team did an excellent job with communicating with us throughout the whole process and explaining fine details on closing day.
We are first time home buyers and they made the process seem simple. We had no clue what we were getting into but Gershman was very informative and explained things in great detail. They did not withhold any information and laid it all out there. The process went very smooth and it was great working with them. I would for sure go to them in the future.

They really wanted me to understand the entire process so I could make the best choices for my goals and situation.

David and his team are awesome! David explains everything very well and is always available if any questions arise. Some variables in our mortgage changed as closing time drew near and everything got done so we closed on time.
I refinanced with David's help. I had been denied before, with no explanation as to why. He talked me through everything. He even explained how credit really works. I was really in the dark about anything to do with finances, mortgages,etc. He took his time to explain everything thoroughly. Most of all, he saved me money every month!
