We started working with Ben in October of 2016. He explained everything to us. If we had a question, he had an answer. He explained everything that would happen at cloaing, so there weren't any surprises. After closing Ben even told us what to expect in the mail. He was so wonderful to work it, it made our buying a house experience GREAT!
