Clifford (and Eli) were always available to answer questions and we were contacted often for updates on how the process was reaching completion. We were treated more as friends, than clients throughout the entire process. We were especially pleased with our interest rate. Although our new home cost more than our previous one, with the lower interest rate, our mortgage is not that much higher!

Clifford was a very personable, knowledgeable person and made you feel very comfortable to work with. He always made himself available and would discuss any needs and concerns you had. He worked everything out to where it would benefit me the best! He and Eli were both so awesome to work with. I would not hesitate to go back to him and would recommend him highly!

My husband and i were looking for a house, and to be honest, never thought we could buy one. We found the house of our dreams, and he plainly and simply explained everything. We cant forget Eli, who helped tremendously as well. I was able to call with any questions, concerns and even anxieties. These guys are great people!!!

My husband and I were first time home buyers not knowing the "ins and outs" of the mortgage process. Clifford got us the best deal around and helped with closing. We ended up not using a realtor and Clifford was AMAZING and practically held our hand the entire way!! He even drove to Lebanon to be there during the closing and explain everything in plain English for us (since we weren't 100% clear on mortgage lingo). If your looking for a home loan then Jerry Peterie is the man your looking for. He is honest and extremely knowledgable about the whole process. We have used jerry twice, in a refinance and a home loan and he is the only way to go. I couldn't recommend him more. He is the only one I will use for a loan.

I have known Chris for a couple of years now. And the sole reason I would recommend him is he treats his clients and business associates like he treats his close friends. He respects them and will always be there and is trustworthy. He always had an answer/solution or had the means to get what he needed to accommodate our request. And he did it with a smile, always!! This is the second time we have worked with Jerry and we wouldn't want to work with anyone else. I would recommend him to anyone needing mortgage financing. Great guy and very knowledgeable about the process.
