David Bell made the whole process as painless as possible. He made the news movers understandable and educated us on the entire process. Despite some great uncontrollable hiccups, we still closed on time! He made are dreams come true, and we can't thank him enough. If you want a one on one lending expieience, he is the absolute best in the business.

David Bell and Gershman have been amazing to work with! They aren't interested in selling mortgages as much as helping their customers make wise choices. Refinancing wasn't on my radar, but David called me personally because he had been reviewing my file and realized that with the current rate drop, I would be able to save significantly by getting rid of mortgage insurance. I was very thankful that he was watching out for me. I've saved $175 per month. Thanks David!

I met with David Bell. He was prepared for me with a welcoming sign at the front lobby and all my numbers up inhis board in his office for me to review with him. David walked me through the loan but also how to get my credit score up. It was a very good experience.

David Bell was great in helping us refinance our house. It was one of those difficult ones with the previous lender we had and David and his team worked with much grace to help the loan close when it was scheduled. Trust me, it wasn't and easy one and they hit it out of the park. David also had great advice on personal financial priorities which really helped my wife and I get on the same page with our financial goals! Him and his team were also very accessible.
