In process of looking at electrical rates, I called Gexa Energy and spoke with a rep by the name of Sylvia. I advised Sylvia of the reason for the call. The rep took the time explained the rate I was looking at, gave me an estimate of my bill using info I provided her. Sylvia spoke to me as a rep that knew her job. She sold me on Gexa with her customer service expertise, (the rate helped a lot also).
