The representative that helped me on the phone was exceptional. He was pleasant and took his time informing me of the pros and cons of each plan. It was truly refreshing to speak to a customer service rep that was actually helpful! Thank you GEXA for employing this fabulous young man.

Customer service was great. I had planned to only ask a few questions and then sign up online but she offered to sign me up. She had very clear, concise and informative answers. My only regret is that I did not get her name.

The representative who helped get me set up was beyond helpful and amazing! Everyone should provide customer service like he did!
