Zafar was awesome at looking into and finding a plan for loyal customers to help me save over $100/month with my current usage. He was very patient at explaining the details and answering my questions. Great customer service. Thanks so much!!
Spoke with Zafar. Great customer service, professional but personable. I would give him 10 stars if I could. I would highly recommend Gexa to anyone. I was with them for over 10 years but had to "step away" for a year after I relocated. I am glad to say, I am back for good now.
