We had a 6:45 registration to which we had to wait until close to 7:30 to be seated. Upon being seat the host let us know that we only had the table for 1:45 minutes. While it was busy due to Mothers Day, there was no way that they were going to be able to serve us in that time. The table did not get regularly cleaned and unfortunately the food came out in shifts. Wayyyy too loud. Really odd taste in music on Mother’s Day, like they wanted a club vibe (with the volume to accompany it). They should really figure out a way to attenuate the noise so people can enjoy conversations with their table mates. Service was very good especially given how busy it was. Pizza was good. Steak was unfortunately overcooked but taste was good - should be better for price. Chicken parm was decent, nothing special. Would consider giving it another shot if they can improve the ambiance.

Hello! We can understand your concern about the noise, but we actually created this type of space and ambiance on purpose. We like the busy atmosphere and we are like nothing else in the area. Some people love it, others find it challenging to have a quiet conversation - and we understand that. We have installed sound panels to curb some of the noise, but with 16-30 foot ceilings, there is only so much you can do. Service was terrible
Took over 30 minutes for our Reserved table. Had 2 handicapped persons with us and no place to sit while waiting. Was supposed to be in the gold room, ended up in the middle of the main floor. Yes, we were offered a table outside, but it was Mothers Day and cold. I could not do that to my elderly mother. Hi, we're sorry about any confusion with the menu. We did have our main brunch items as specials from 11-3pm, as well as our full menu all day long. We did over 1000 covers on Mothers day, its the busiest day of the year for a lot of restaurants. We try to accommodate seating preferences when possible, but we will always try to seat someone at first available table. We have to limit table times so we can accommodate all guests and reservations, which I am sure you can appreciate.
Third time now I had a reservation and didn’t get seated for over an hour after my reservation. When I checked in on time, the host told me it would be 25-30 minutes until our table was ready. That’s bad but we didn’t sit for an hour. That’s unacceptable. I told the host, whoever was setting up the reservations was not doing a good job. She was insulted because it was her. I’m sorry but restaurants have been around for a long time. This issue is not new. Figure it out

Hello! Our reservation system is 100% automatic. The issue is that guests stay at their tables way past their allowed times. We communicate their table time limits at booking, at seating and once their check is dropped. Some guests are upset by that and choose to sit at their tables regardless and finish their drinks, etc. This has causes reservations to get pushed past their expected seat times which unfortunately has these consequences. This place has a lot of potential - it’s a beautiful space, large bar, and nice interior design. We thought it was going to have an upscale restaurant feel, but it is more of a sports bar/club feel with blasting music and a massive TV screen. The service is very slow and the food is mediocre. It was super bland and everything tasted pre-made/pre-cooked.
We had reservations set for 8:15 and when we got there they said they were a little backed up and they were still trying to seat people who had reservations set for 7:30
We had very high hopes for this restaurant since Novara is out favorite....but this was a huge disappointment. It is so LOUD you can not even hear anyone in your party...it is not an energetic loud it is a brain wrenching loud...just awful. The menu is not great. It is so far from the great food Novara has to offer. Service was poor...we didn't even receive utensils. Couldn't get a glass of water. Food is so over priced, no value for your money . The food and service were excellent, and the restaurant's appearance was pleasing. However, it was deafening. We went with friends and had trouble having a conversation over the din.
