Holly had put our home up for sale and was very fast about it and got us many showings. She is a hard worker and will make sure you are satisfied weather your buying or selling your home. If you are looking for a good realtor I would go with Holly.

I used Holly Palmer as my Realtor to buy my first home. The amount of knowledge and confidence she showed throughout the entire process was something I had never seen before. She was patient with me and explained every last detail to me. When she even negotiated things such as a pool table, furniture and other items that I loved within the house I knew she was the right agent for me. It was such a wonderful experience having Holly as our realtor. She was very quick to respond to us and went way and beyond to help us with selling our home and even looking for one. We honestly couldn’t of done it without her. She actually cares for her clients and takes her time out to make sure they are happy and satisfied. I would 100% recommend her as your realtor ??

Holly was very responsive and knew the the details so well of the Kettering neighborhood we wanted to purchase our house in. She also helped negotiate us keeping some of the furnishings to go with the house. Overall a very professional realator.

We really enjoyed working with Jess Bogenschutz,she was very knowlageable. She answered every question we had. Jess was always available when we needed her. She was there at every step of the way.
