We asked April Hauser to help us find a home for our daughter and her family. April was always there for us. She knew the neighborhood, the property values, and what specific things to consider when buying a home. We felt she cared to find us the best house for the right price. April is a good communicator. She got right back to us when we had questions and followed through with requests. She worked hard to get us to closing and kept us abreast of the progress being made. I would recommend her to any friend or family member.

This was my first time buying a home and I wouldn't trust anyone but my long time friend Jordan as my realtor. She was very informative and researched every home I was interested in before even showing up to the property. Also, she was incredibly helpful in the negotiation process since I had never been through that experience, nor did I know how to go about things. Ryan helped my family find our first house in Dayton. He was always so easy to get in touch with and would set us up with a showing as soon as possible - so important since the best houses don't stay on the market long! Even after we bought our home, Ryan would answer our questions about all things house-related. Ryan is the best! Ryan worked with me for several months to locate the perfect house for me. He also found me a lender who was able to work with me in securing a loan.
