My husband & I started working with Ryan in Summer of 2016. Throughout our search for a new house Ryan was so patient with us! We could text him anytime and he'd answer. I could see a house online at 10:00 at night and ryan would have us in the house by the next day! His honesty and hard work lead us to find the most perfect house... and for a good deal! We would recommend Ryan & his team at Irongate to everyone! April, Stephanie & Ryan have to be the best in Dayton!

I asked a question, he answered my question directly. Did not require me to provide all sorts of info about myself and simply expressed an interest to help if I had further questions. NOT pushy-that's 5 star in my book

April is awesome!!! We needed a very specific house. April put in a lot of time finding exactly what we needed. She was available at a moments notice to go see properties. She saved me all kinds of time by focusing on exactly what we needed and found the right place very quickly.
