Stephanie always answered my calls promptly. Helped me find homes to look for I didn't know about, and found one while we were looking at another that we got to see then and there. She went above and beyond!

Stephanie is a very truthful and honest person. She looks hard to find you what you want and meet your needs as a home buyer or seller. She knows the business and if you have a question she cannot answer, he will find the answer for you.

I was looking for a rent to own home. Stephanie was responsive and open to future contact, but was not able to help me find a home. She did contact the owner of the home in which I was interested and provide other listing, but it just did not work out.

She's really nice and helpful person. We were the first time buyer so we didn't know anything about this and how it works. She took care of everything make sure we buy it with the lowest price and went over all the things we need to do. She's easy to talk with(since English is my second language so there were some language barrier in between us) but she explained everything really well and answered all my questions. I highly recommend her!!

April was amazing. We had such a great time looking at houses together. She was able to answer all our questions or at least find the answer! Our closing went smoothly and she was able to successfully negotiate on our behalf for items we requested from the sellers. The entire process from beginning to end was seamless and painless. I would recommend her to anyone!

Ryan Gillen helped my buy my first home and could not have made the experience any better. Buying your first home can be very intimidating, but Ryan made the whole process very smooth and as stress free as possible. I found Ryan to be very knowledable about the local housing market and able to give me very sound advice.
