Glenn was always in my corner on a difficult close (type of residence, tight timelines as the result of international travel, gap in employment). Even though he had an engaged and responsive team, he would personally update me constantly via text or voice as we progressed through each step of the process.
From start (November 2018) to finish (April 2019) Glenn made sure that all of my needs were being met and that my interests were the top priority. All questions asked were quickly answered and he made sure that I completely understood all that was gong on. I could not have asked for a better loan officer.
