Glenn and the team at Guaranteed Rate were extremely professional, friendly, responsive and helpful through the entire process. Ultimately, we obtained the mortgage we needed - quickly and on the terms we were seeking. So with our home purchase now successfully closed, we are very happy. Glenn Bushmeier and his team provided the best mortgage experience for us, which is why we continue to come back to them each time. They helped us obtain a mortgage for all 3 of our recent purchases in the last few years and we could not be more satisfied. Glenn and his staff are knowledgable, courteous, and efficient. They are easy to work with and always available. I would not go anywhere else for my next mortgage and will continue to refer my friends to Glenn and his team.

Glenn assisted us with the financing on our new home a few months ago. This was by far the easiest financing process of the five homes I have purchased. Glenn always picked up the phone when we called. He also guided us through the morass of the stipulations. He went to bat for us with the underwriters when they tried to add spurious stipulations. He kept us in the loop with daily updates (sometimes more when indicated).We would give him more stars if allowed.

Worked with Glenn on a house purchase and refinance and couldn't be more happy. Very knowledgeable about the market and is also very good about walking you through all the steps. Would highly recommend Glenn and look forward to working with him again!
