Glenn was great. Very knowledgeable, always available, and helpful in every aspect, including for finding good homeowners insurance for a very competitive price.
Glenn and his team were great. They were very responsive to our questions as a first time buyer and were helpful in proposing filing solutions before the became an issue.
Glenn is simply awesome. We wanted to get into our house a week ahead of time, and Glenn was able to. The title agents said he was the only person they worked with who could have made that happen. He was on top of everything. Glenn was in constant contact helping us understand everything we had to sign, and by when, to get into the house. I really just cannot do justice to describing how thankful I am to have worked with him.

My wife and I have done over a dozen loans over 30 years, most with a broker/friend. This was the first time we've used Glenn and we couldn't be happier. His attention to detail, ability to explain things in simple terms, and his ability to work all the angles stood out to us. Our loan was complicated to say the least but Glenn was confident from our first call and through the entire process. He had contingencies for everything even though none were needed.
This is the second time I've used Glenn and he has always come through. If you have a couple of challenges, he listens and works magic to overcome them.
