Glenna was knowledgeable and personable but her best quality was simply that she cared. Our original lender dropped us with little explanation and Glenna took us in and came very close to the original closing date. She communicated with us throughout the entire process. I would recommend her highly to anyone who is looking for a lender.

The overall experience from beginning to end was great. The COVID-19 pandemic slowed things down some but for the most part it was not a bad experience. Glenna was great!

Glenna did a great job! I’d have to say she made my refi process easier than I thought possible. The hardest part was actually going to the closing and signing my name on all the documents.
