I am the seller on a deal and Glenna has cost me so much time and money, not to mention she has ruined the chances for a first time home buyer to purchase their home. She has dropped the ball on appraisal, inspection, and most recently put the buyer on the wrong product costing the deal all together. I have done probably 50 deals in my life and this is by far the worst.
