I would not recommend Glenna. Made our experience the worst. Changed lenders without our knowledge, did not communicate with anyone. We were out of the loop for everything and when we tried to contact her she either did not answer or when she did was extremely rude! Also texted me another clients personal information. Takes on more than she can handle. The worst experience i have ever experienced.
This is the 2nd time my wife and I have used Glenna and both times she has been absolutely terrific. She truly does have your best interest in mind with every decision that is made and helps walk through the process with you. I will definitely be using her again for any of my mortgage loan needs.
I refinanced my home. Got a lower payment and rate. I even was able to switch from an FHA loan to a conventional loan! Glenna and her staff got everything done within a few weeks. Love her and her team at Leader One!

Will definitely not be using again, great experience at first, but after they start working for you, good luck on receiving a response back in a timely manner. If you're told a time for phone appointments, they will not be prompt if the call happens at all. If you finally do receive contact expect a very rude and agressive response. Glenna was present and quickly returned phone calls. She worked extra hours to make sure that my closing date would happen on time and she was concerned about the transition of my family moving long distance.
Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Glenna was easy to get ahold of and always quick to respond.
I had the worst experience buying my first home with this lender. I was horrible from the start of the process. I was told different things that were incorrect on multiple occasions. Day of closing I was told to bring extra money that the lender insured me that I would not need.
