Very Personable
We were not informed about anything. Glenna switched lenders last minute without our knowledge and prolonged everything! First time buying a home and it was not a good experience at all. Told us a date, we sold our previous home and then ended up homeless for over a month. When we would contact her she would either not respond or when she did respond she was extremely rude!! Also she texted me another clients personal information. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Will not use again and DO NOT recommend.
I was amazed how quick the application was completed. I was also very impressed with the great line of communication you keep. Any information that I needed was explained in detail and quick responses. I also let Allison and Chris know how satisfied we were. I would definitely recommend Leader One/Glenna Thompson to all looking for refinance as well as buying and or selling a home.
