they have made some improvements. they still need to seriously address the " auto reply, and voicemail features" for when users are away from their phones for vacation or out of the office

Absolutely terrible. complete scam. i tried service and call quality is garbage. i cancelled WELL within the 30 day period and the continued to charge me months afterward. when i called in about it (for the 4th time) i was told there was a "duplicate account. we will process your cancellation pending approval". 😐. every time you call to cancel you have to sit through a 20 minute sales pitch on why you should stay. customer service is trash, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

I don't know what you did to your latest update, the app no longer rings on my phone it goes directly to voicemail when someone calls me. I made zero changes on my phone and zero changes on my control panel. is anyone else having an issue?

This is my 1st yr using this company for biz. There are glitches between the services I contracted for & the delivery. I prepaid for texting services, but the enrollment process is so taxing, I decided to eat the loss. I refuse to wear out my web designer to update language to meet RingCentral's rules for texting, only to find out more revisions are needed, almost a yr later? Missing calls; video meeting issues for pic quality, audio & persistent client dropping. Won't be renewing my contact.

Caution*** they don't tell you that they automatically renew the agreement. For example, save $5 a month if you sign up for one year of service. It auto renews after the year for another entire year. If you try to cancel after the one year is expired, they tell you that you have to pay out the remainder of the second year. They intentionally leave this out in their initial sales call. Someone who works there confirmed that they don't tell this to their customers. It is deceitful and shameful .
