I cannot recommend this app due to its high fees and the limitations placed on ringtone selections, particularly for users in the United States. It is inconvenient to be restricted to a specific ringtone designated as a 'Business' tone by the app. for what they charge you for a month you can get a better system on a AI operator can transfer the calls and take calls

As of January 2025, I am not able to send out text messages, keep getting delivery failure message.

Both the website and the app are buggy as hell. My phone says ring central is using my microphone even though I am not using it. Force closing the app does nothing. My microphone is still in use by ring central.

hope you don't rely on the transcripts, they are constantly off. continually getting set as unavailable. does not ring through well (have set up on 2 phones and 1 takes ages to ring through though they are set to ring at the same time) would I recommend? no. I absolutely would not

No longer allows you to get a phone number. If it does allow you, it isn't published in any of the help and faqs I searched.

so far not great, I have a OnePlus phone and it has the alert slider on the side and when changed to "vibrate only" the ring central calls come in but don't vibrate they are completely silent so when my phone is in my pocket I miss calls all the time. I've tried everything uninstalling, reinstalling, updating my phone, updating the app, rebooting my phone, rebooting the app, switching apps seems to work we have calls through Teams as well and they work as intended. please look into this, thanks!

They locked me out of my account and require access to my gmail contacts in order to access the account of which I have already put money on. Forced to disclose personal information to use a service.... I'll pass

Suddenly implemented new fee structure for SMS like a phone plan from 1991. Now pay more for essential functionality. What a ripoff. moving to other options.
