RingCentral cannot be trusted. They lock you into a 2-year contract without consent, never disclose the full costs upfront, and hit you with surprise charges later. Sales reps tell you what you want to hear, then bury the truth in fine print. This is dishonest, misleading, and unethical business practice. I would never recommend this service.

update 7/31/25: now I get messages from RingCentral saying your message could not be sent because it might contain spam content. so now RingCentral is censoring what I can talk to my customers about. FYI we are talking wifi troubleshooting. what a joke this company has become 5/30: text almost never send and anything with a photo attached is definitely not sending

There's a bug that causes my Bose ear buds to go to max volume when the phone switches back to Spotify from an incoming call ringing.

I think it would be great...if the app actually gave me the ability to make and receive calls, and the numbers come up as a spam risk. Honestly, about ready to just cancel at the end of the month.
